In the private kitchen of Chez Klio on the cool slopes of Haleakelea, Chef Yasko will introduce you to Asian fusion cooking at its most authentic. Four people will engage in the hands-on production of three to four dishes plus dessert under the tutelage of Chef Yasko. Afterwards, the student becomes the guest as the food prepared is enjoyed in a relaxing family style environment.
